Built for extreme off-road travel and bed/roof rack mounting, this heavy-duty storage tote delivers 102 liters of rugged, weatherproof cargo capacity designed to handle the harshest trail environments.

Constructed from food-grade, high-impact LLDPE shell material with UV protection, this box won’t crack or warp under intense heat or freezing conditions. Featuring an integrated IP65 rubber gasket seal, locking heavy-duty steel latches, and gas struts for hands-free lid support, it keeps dirt, dust, and driving rain completely locked out of your gear.

Key Features & Benefits

  • 102L High-Volume Capacity: Expansive interior space ideal for recovery straps, air compressors, camping gear, cookware, or emergency supplies.
  • IP65 Weatherproof & Dustproof: Continuous rubber lip seal creates an airtight, waterproof barrier against mud, river crossings, and fine desert dust.
  • Rugged LLDPE Shell Construction: Impact-resistant, UV-stabilized linear low-density polyethylene body designed for roof rack and truck bed exposure.
  • Gas Strut Supported Lid: Built-in hydraulic struts keep the lid open automatically for easy, hands-free packing and gear access around camp.
  • Lockable Steel Latches: Heavy-duty powder-coated steel latches feature pad-lockable holes to secure your valuable gear against theft on and off the trail.
  • Tie-Down Friendly Design: Integrated tie-down channels and molded corner handles allow secure ratcheting to roof racks, truck beds, or trailer tongues without blocking lid access.
  • Drain Plug Included: Built-in threaded drain plug allows for effortless washouts after muddy trips or converting the box into a makeshift ice chest.
