The History of St. Roch

Our Namesake & Inspiration

At the heart of every ROCH Camper is a legacy of resilience, protection, and companionship.

Our brand is named after St. Roch, a 14th-century traveler and nobleman. Historians and tradition tell us that Roch dedicated his life to traveling and aiding those in need. During his journeys, he retreated into the wilderness to recover from illness. He survived thanks to the loyalty of a dog that discovered him, brought him food daily, and stayed by his side until he was strong enough to continue his path.

Why he is our inspiration:

  • The Protector: St. Roch became known as the patron of travelers and protection. We build our campers to be that same shield for you against the elements.
  • Rugged Independence: His story is one of survival in the wilderness—a spirit we engineer into every chassis and R-9 insulated shell we produce.
  • The Loyal Companion: Whether you are traveling with family or your own dog, a ROCH Camper is built to be the most reliable companion on the trail.

When you pull a ROCH Camper, you aren’t just towing a trailer; you are carrying a legacy of protection and the enduring spirit of the traveler.
