LIMITED WARRANTY

Manufacturer: Frontier Unlimited, LLC Effective Date: May 1, 2026

I. 3-YEAR PRIMARY STRUCTURAL WARRANTY

Frontier Unlimited, LLC (“Seller”) warrants to the original purchaser that the primary steel frame, tongue, and all structural welds to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of delivery.

II. 1-YEAR LIMITED CRAFTMANSHIP WARRANTY

For a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, Seller warrants the craftsmanship and assembly of the vehicle body and integrated systems as follows:

  • The Shell: Structural integrity of the aluminum or steel wall framing, roof radius/trusses, and exterior skin adhesion or mechanical fastening.
  • Weather Sealing: Integrity of all automotive-grade seals around entry doors, storage doors, windows, and roof-mounted components against defects in application.
    • Note: Maintenance of sealants is a Buyer responsibility; coverage does not apply to damage caused by failure to inspect and refresh seals.
  • Interior Fit & Finish: Integrity of cabinetry joinery, countertop mounting, flooring adhesion, and fixed interior partitions under normal off-road vibration levels.
  • On-Board Systems: Proper installation and functionality of electrical wiring, plumbing lines and fittings, and HVAC ducting or mounting.

III. 1-YEAR FINISH WARRANTY

Seller warrants the powder coat, paint, or automotive finish against abnormal peeling or flaking for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.

  • Exclusions: Rock chips, scratches, and corrosion caused by road salts (magnesium chloride), chemical cleaners, or lack of washing are not covered.

IV. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS (Pass-Through)

Components integrated into the vehicle but manufactured by third parties are covered by their respective manufacturers. Seller does not personally warrant these items but will assist the Buyer in processing claims with the following partners:

  • Timbren Axle-less Suspension: (Refer to Timbren Industries or Axle Manufacturer Warranty)
  • Cruisemaster Couplers/Hitches: (Refer to Cruisemaster or Hitch Manufacturer Warranty)
  • Cooper/Standard Tires: (Refer to Tire Manufacturer Warranty)

V. WHAT IS NOT COVERED (Exclusions)

This warranty is void if the Seller determines, in its sole discretion, that the Product has been subjected to:

  • Overloading: Exceeding the specified GVWR.
  • Unauthorized Modification: Drilling, welding, or cutting into the main frame rails after delivery.
  • Off-Road Misuse: Damage resulting from accidents, “jumping,” or use beyond the engineered limits of the suspension.
  • Lack of Maintenance: Failure to inspect and torque lug nuts or maintain suspension pivot points.
  • Secondary Structures: Seller assumes no liability and provides no warranty for any cabin, camper body, or structure built upon the chassis by the Buyer or third parties.

VI. HOW TO GET SERVICE

To initiate a claim, the Buyer must provide:

  1. Original proof of purchase.
  2. Photographs of the alleged defect.
  3. The VIN or Serial Number of the chassis. Seller reserves the right to repair or replace the defective component at its shop in Silt, CO. Seller is not responsible for the cost of transporting the chassis to or from the repair facility.
